The entertainment industry is an exciting blend of creative and business endeavors, but there’s no doubt that it can be a complicated field to navigate. Judith formed The Law Office of Judith A. Ricci, LLC in 2008 to help guide clients in this ever-changing entertainment industry. She merges her passion for the arts and her commitment to the legal field to represent artists, entrepreneurs, and entertainment companies in the areas of music, film, copyright and transactional matters. She is a member of the following organizations: Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York Bar; the Copyright Society; and the New York Chapter of the Association of Independent Music Publishers.

From 2001 through 2008, Judith was a partner at the law office of Rodriguez & Ricci, LLC in Saddle River, NJ, where she handled entertainment and corporate matters for various artists and companies.

From 1999 through 2001, Judith was in-house counsel at Paradise Music & Entertainment, Inc., a publicly traded entertainment company in NYC, where she handled transactional matters for its record label, management, video, digital and production subsidiaries, as well as mergers and acquisitions of new entertainment properties.

From 1997 through 1999, Judith was a litigation associate at Maran & Maran, P.C. and then Bisceglie & Friedman, P.C., in Newark, NJ, where she handled trial work, motions and appeals.
